Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with OSD – Online Shopping Delivery.
We want you to love your purchase, and we aim to provide a smooth, transparent return and refund experience.
Please read the policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is damaged, defective, or missing items

  • The size/color is different from what you ordered

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

To be eligible:

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be attached

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear / Lingerie

  • Accessories (jewelry, belts, caps, etc.)

  • Beauty / Cosmetic items

  • Clearance or Sale Items

  • Free Gifts


3. Return Process (Simple Steps)

Step 1 – Raise a Return Request

Provide:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/video (in case of damage/wrong item)

Step 2 – Approval

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Step 3 – Pick-Up Arrangement

If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

Step 4 – Inspection

Once product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked for:

  • Condition

  • Usage marks

  • Original tags

Step 5 – Refund / Replacement

After successful inspection, you can choose:

  • Refund to original payment method, OR

  • Replacement / Exchange


4. Refund Timeline

Refund time depends on the payment method:

  • UPI / Wallet / Debit Card → 3–7 working days

  • Credit Card → 5–10 working days

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund processed to your bank account or as store credit within 3–5 days


5. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

After Shipping:

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is shipped.
You can apply for return after delivery (if eligible).


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Defective item

Exchange will be processed only once the returned product is verified.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Take photos/video immediately

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • We will provide a free replacement or full refund


8. Important Notes

  • Products returned without approval will not be accepted

  • If the pickup is unsuccessful due to customer not available, it will be rescheduled once

  • Repeated return abuse/misuse may lead to account restrictions
