1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
You received a wrong product
The product is damaged, defective, or missing items
The size/color is different from what you ordered
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
To be eligible:
Product must be returned in original packaging
All tags and labels must be attached
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Innerwear / Lingerie
Accessories (jewelry, belts, caps, etc.)
Beauty / Cosmetic items
Clearance or Sale Items
Free Gifts
3. Return Process (Simple Steps)
Step 1 – Raise a Return Request

Reason for return
Clear photos/video (in case of damage/wrong item)
Step 2 – Approval
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Step 3 – Pick-Up Arrangement
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Step 4 – Inspection
Once product reaches our warehouse, it will be checked for:
Condition
Usage marks
Original tags
Step 5 – Refund / Replacement
After successful inspection, you can choose:
Refund to original payment method, OR
Replacement / Exchange
4. Refund Timeline
Refund time depends on the payment method:
UPI / Wallet / Debit Card → 3–7 working days
Credit Card → 5–10 working days
Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refund processed to your bank account or as store credit within 3–5 days
5. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
After Shipping:
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is shipped.
You can apply for return after delivery (if eligible).
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
Wrong size
Wrong color
Defective item
Exchange will be processed only once the returned product is verified.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Take photos/video immediately
Contact us within 24 hours
We will provide a free replacement or full refund
8. Important Notes
Products returned without approval will not be accepted
If the pickup is unsuccessful due to customer not available, it will be rescheduled once
Repeated return abuse/misuse may lead to account restrictions
